1. General Homeowner Questions
Q. How do I report a Maintenance Issue?
A. Please contact DK Management (all info and procedures are located on the 'Contact Info' tab above.
Q. What items can I Recycle? How do I discard Large Items that don't fit or belong in the dumpster?
A. We have two trash dumpsters and one "Single Sort Recycling" dumpster with a weekly pickup service provided by Waste Management. Please see the Single Sort recycling instructions for full details.
The Large Item Pick-up Schedule is attached below. Items should be placed on the DK garage driveway apron the night before the schedule pickup.
Please Note: Blount St is our designated discard area. DK is subject to fines for items left anywhere else on the property (curbside, Dayton St parking lot entrance, etc...).

Q. How do I list my condo on the "Units for Sale" page?
A. Contact management for a form to complete with your unit's information. You can send the completed form and all photos and files that you want to appear on your listing to [email protected]. We want to maintain a standard format for listings, but you are welcome to include additional information that you don't see in an example listing.
