Monthly invoices are sent monthly to homeowners by email.
Simplify with ACH Transfers
You will always be able to see your billing details as described above, but we encourage payment via ACH transfer. To sign up or update your ACH debit bank account, please contact management at: management@daskronenberg.org.
Payments by Check
If you are not using the ACH Transfer service (automatic monthly withdrawals), then please make all checks payable to 'Das Kronenberg Condo Assoc.' and mail them to the following address or just drop them in the management box. Please note that a $30 check fee applies if you choose this option.

Collections Policy
If you pay your monthly bills on time, or use the ACH transfer service, you don't have to worry about this, if not, you should be aware of the consequences.
